All products sold by Jones Creek Apparel are custom and made-to-order unless otherwise stated.

All sales are final.
Due to the custom nature of our products, no refunds or returns are offered once an order is accepted.

Customers are responsible for approving all artwork, proofs, quantities, sizes, and details prior to production. Jones Creek Apparel is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

• Standard production: Approximately 2 weeks after artwork approval and order acceptance
• Rush production: Available for an additional fee (subject to availability)

Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Payment terms, deposits, and invoicing details will be provided at the time of order. Orders may not begin production until payment or approval requirements are met.

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Jones Creek Apparel is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage once items are shipped
